In my time at university in Southampton, I found a blogging community on twitter called Soton Bloggers. Through this community, I got the chance to see a couple of musical performances at Mayflower Theatre as Press – seeing the show for free in exchange for a blog post. I thoroughly enjoyed Wind in the Willows and really felt I reviewed the show to the best of my ability (and without just copying and pasting the press release). I’m a huge fan of live music – musicals and musical theatre will always have a precious place in my heart and having the opportunities to see these shows was just magnificent
