I wrote my first novel as part of NaNoWriMo in 2012 – I wrote 50,000 words in around 6 weeks and to this day, I’m so proud of the concept and the story. I intend to rewrite the story (as I was 16 when I wrote it and know a lot now that I didn’t know then) and I would love for it to be published one day. However, creative writing isn’t a career priority, so it will be a between projects task. It is one of my proudest achievements to date.
