Nuffield Theatre opened in the centre of Southampton this year and I went to the opening weekend event to cover it for Solent Journalism on my news days. I had an amazing day at the theatre opening and I’m really pleased with the package we produced – the video was a lovely interview with a member of the marketing team, I was really excited to write copy about the day and another member of the team took some great photos and I even sourced photos including Tom Hiddleston, who had attended the office show opening earlier in the week. We would have had a full package with an audio interview but the final member of the team failed to remember her commitment. Overall, I felt very professional attending the event, representing Solent Journalism and I was very pleased with the package we produced.
