In my last year of Sixth Form, my school did a production of Hairspray. I knew I wanted to go into media production and I asked the Director if I could make a rehearsal video – I attended all the remaining rehearsals and then spent a week or two editing the video together on some awful editing software and I’m so proud of what I produced – I’d never been taught anything to do with video production, I was completely self taught in videography, editing and promotional content. Though if I made that video now it would be completely different and probably higher quality, I’m still very proud of this video because I did it all off my own back.
