Hello!

As a major Disney fan, it hurts my heart that I’ve never ever been to a Disney park – not Disneyworld Orlando, Disneyland anywhere else, Disneyland Paris, no Disney, no Universal, nothing. I’m getting sad just thinking about it.

And I’ve been a major Disney fan since I was a kid – I’ve always loved Disney movies.

I’m planning to go to Disneyland Orlando next summer for two or three weeks, I’m going to save as much money as I possibly can and go for as long as I want and buy as much merch and cute t-shirts and dresses and everything. I’ll take an empty suitcase. I’m so excited. This is going to be twenty years of major Disney consumption built into one trip.

Also I’m not 20 yet, but I will be by then. I’ll be nearly 21 by then. That’s scary. Let’s move on.

But I’m so excited for this potential trip – I’m excited to see Epcot and all the rides and all the characters and all the shops and restaurants, I can’t fathom how excited I am.

I’ll be honest, I know very little about the parks outside of what I’ve seen in vlogs on YouTube but I don’t want to research it too much because I want to experience it first time!

But Disney vlogs always make me cry, like so much. Watching families with young children meeting their favourite characters makes me bawl almost as much as the mothers of these small children. I know full well that I will spend most of my trip to Disney crying but in a good way.

I’msoexcited.

Also Harry Potter! Disney World Orlando isn’t just Disney – there’s Universal resort, Harry Potter land, I’m so excited about Harry Potter. I’m really into Harry Potter right now and I’m so pumped for potential Harry Potter world. I’M JUST REALLY EXCITED.

I also really want to do the thing where you dress with a nod to a Disney character without actually cosplaying, there’s a word for it and I can’t remember it but I would have the cutest Belle dress and I’d love to dress like Peter Pan and Lilo and maybe Stitch too and Inside Out characters and just… I’m still excited and this hypothetically trip is nothing more than a hypothetical trip right now.

Two things to learn from this blog post: I really love Disney and I’m excited. And I said excited far too often.
