Hello,
I’ve been doing this 30 Day Ab Challenge and I think I’m dead. It’s only Day 10. I’m aiming for the stomach in the header photo. I do not look like that.
I just really struggled to open a Milky Way chocolate bar, which completely defeats the point of the Ab challenge but that’s beyond the point.
Last night at dance we did this thing called ‘the Walking Warm Up’ which is intense and horrible and as someone who’s not wanting to be a dancer and never will be, I felt like I was training to be one. I was so tired I was actually shaking and my whole body ached a little before the end of the night.
So when I woke up this morning and did 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 30 leg raises and a 38 second plant, it probably didn’t help the aching from the previous night.
So in conclusion, my legs, my stomach and my butt muscles ache. Like, a lot. And tomorrow, I have to do 50 sit ups, 65 crunches, 33 leg raises and a 42 second plank.
I think I’m actually going to die and/or fall apart.
At least I get a rest day on Friday.
