Hello!

Today is the first of June. Like you didn’t know that, I’m not your calendar.

June is going to be the busiest month of the year so far for me – I’ve got an exam tomorrow, Wednesday and Friday, I’m going to Birmingham on Friday, I’m seeing 5 Seconds of Summer on Saturday, I’ll be home from Birmingham on Sunday. I have two exams the following week alongside getting my hair highlighted again, I’ve got my last two exams in the third week and I’m going to see Louise (Sprinkle of Glitter from YouTube) in her live show LouiseLIVE on the Saturday and then Sunday through Tuesday I’m in Derbyshire to meet up with my American friend for the first time. That Wednesday is book return day and my nan’s birthday, on the Friday I’m supervising a Year 7 sleepover at my school, the Saturday is my prom and then I’m going to sleep for about a week.

It sounds really busy when I write it like that but it helps me figure it out to keep it all organised.

I’m swamped – totally swamped and overwhelmed by all the revision I have to do and it’s all kind of crept up on me. Revision always does. I’ll be honest I’m scared, legitimately very scared of what will happen in and after these exams. I feel like A Levels aren’t too important for the kind of creative fields I want to get into but I’d get such a head start if I had them but after results day last year, I am really worried about these exams.

So if my posts seem a bit distracted or lack-lustre, just imagine an 18 year old girl buried under piles and piles of paper, coloured pens and highlighters just sobbing a little bit.

I’m joking (mostly), exaggerating for the sake of a blog post but I am both distracted and lack-lustre so please make allowances for how that reflects here – I’ll try my best to hide it.
