Hello!

I had a pretty nice day today – I slept in till about 10 and I had a really casual morning, lazily getting out of bed and playing Spider-Man Ultimate until I went through to my office to start revising. I stopped for lunch and then spent all afternoon watching YouTube and revising for my English Language resit in a couple of weeks. 

I was browsing through tumblr, just trying to break up learning terminology for a bit, and I saw someone send someone I follow an ask saying that Ashton Irwin, 5SOS’s drummer, had said no to taking photos with a fan that approached him and ‘rumoured’ girlfriend Bryana while they were on a date.

I then saw another post saying that ‘he can’t just do that, he has to understand that he’s famous now and he’s going to lose fans if he keeps being rude’.

This is when I lost it.

I feel very passionately about celebrity culture, I made this blog post about why celebrity gossip shouldn’t matter back in September and I’ve been saying the same things in answering messages on my blog all afternoon (have a look on 5sos-au-imagines if you like).

I didn’t want to write another post about all of this because for one I’ve already done it and two, writing a post about it just invites more people to ask me questions and tell me I’m wrong and I hate arguing with people but I’m also too stubborn to let people think they’re right. But be aware that I feel so passionately about this that I might make a YouTube video about it.

People like rant videos don’t they?

To be honest, trying to finish my revision while this shit storm was going down on my blog was difficult, but on a much brighter note – I finished writing out the notes for my resit and I was less than half way through the whole syllabus when I started this morning, so I can start learning it properly over half term. That’s not exciting at all, but it is for me because I can improve on the E I got in the exam last summer.

I know this is a kind of a filler post, but revision makes me tired and I’m going shopping with my mum tomorrow, so I’ll tell you all about it in tomorrow’s post!
