Hello beautiful beautiful!

At 23.05 I realised that I hadn’t written a blog post and I went into a mild panic that I would have to write something in under an hour to get it up in time.

But right under the time on my computer is the date and that’s how I remember what number to write in the title of each post. Page 31 marks the last day that I can use the date to figure out what I have to post in the title!

The fact I have committed to blogging for a whole month is a pretty big step to me – I’ve started big projects before and not one of them has followed through and I know blogging for the entirety of one month out of twelve isn’t really succeeding, as such but it’s a big step.

I’m still so excited for this year – it’s going to be the biggest year of my life what with (finally!) finishing school, either going into a job or going to university or going into an apprenticeship and it’s all so unknown but exciting; this could be the year that these ridiculous dreams I’ve had for so long could come true. It makes my heart clench a little bit with nerves and excitement and anticipation.

There are things I’m nervous about – I got to Ecuador in South America for four weeks on a charity based school trip in July and August and I’m going to have to schedule or mass upload posts and I’m going to be mostly alone as I don’t really know anyone I’m going with. I’m going to have to make five or six YouTube videos and around 30 blog posts if I’m really on the ball? But I get to go to the Galapagos Islands and I get to see a part of the world I’ve never been to before – I’ll get to take so many beautiful photos and make so many amazing memories that will be complete irreplaceable.

There’s so much going on in 2015 and I can’t wait to document it, I hope you’re excited too.
